Three-Day Divine Self Meditation Retreat
May 29th, 30th & 31st, 2026
Location: TBA
A Divine Self Meditation Retreat
Imagine arriving at a sacred space, set apart from the noise and demands of ordinary life. The retreat begins with a gentle welcome: soft music, the scent of herbs and resins in the air, and the warmth of community gathering. Each participant is invited to leave behind the mundane world and step into a rhythm aligned with spirit.
Morning Practices: Entering the Sacred Self
The mornings begin in silence, with mindful breathing and gentle stretching to awaken the body. We then enter into a guided meditation, where I lead participants to connect with their Divine Self—the inner spark of wisdom and love that is always present but often hidden beneath layers of thought, fear, or distraction. These meditations are supported by visualization, breathwork, and stillness, allowing each person to hear the quiet voice within.
Workshops & Teachings
Tools for Awakening
Through the day, I offer teachings on living in alignment with the Divine Self. We explore practical tools: journaling prompts for self-inquiry, visualizations for clarity, and magical practices that deepen awareness. Each session is designed to help participants understand both the science and the spirit of meditation—how consciousness shapes reality, and how we can harness that truth in daily life.
Sacred Space & Ritual
Together, we create a sacred circle where ritual honors the presence of the Divine Self in all. This may include lighting candles, chanting, or walking a labyrinth. Participants are encouraged to bring offerings—stones, flowers, or prayers—to place on a communal altar, a living symbol of our collective sacred selves.
Afternoon Reflections: Integration
Afternoons invite reflection. Some may choose silent walks in nature, others journaling or quiet conversation. I guide small group circles where participants share insights, struggles, and breakthroughs. In this safe and nurturing space, deep bonds form—each person’s story becomes part of the retreat’s sacred weaving.
Evening Practices: Embodying Light
As the sun sets, we gather again in meditation. This time, the focus is on embodiment—calling the Divine Self not only into awareness but into every breath, movement, and action. Through guided imagery, participants envision carrying their Divine Self back into their daily lives, shining as a source of clarity and strength.
Closing Ceremony
Carrying the Light Home
The retreat concludes with a ceremony of release and blessing. Each person is invited to speak (or silently affirm) the ways they will carry their Divine Self forward into the world. The circle closes, but the journey continues—participants leave with tools, practices, and a renewed sense of who they truly are.
